This would take the Forum member to the English translation, rather than the Arabic one. Unless you can read Arabic, it is hard to find the place to click to change the language. (smile) And as the people who come to this Forum can read English, but not necessarily read Arabic...
I couldn't find how to change the whole site into English, just the translation. And this is a shortcoming, if a non-Arabic knowing person wants to use this site optimally. If you are interested in a Qur'an exploration site, you might find this one useful:

It has many translations (but only in English), and if you click around, you can find a dictionary, word-by-word analysis, grammar tips, and even a message board to discuss the site.
