Does memorising Quran in English have the same good deeds as memorising the Quran in Arabic? If it doesn’t that mean I have learn Arabic to memorise the Quran as I can’t realistically memorise the whole Quran in Arabic and the English translation for each verse.

You have to memorise it in arabic. If you can't unless you learn arabic you have to learn it.
