Reciting the Quran correctly

Why is it so powerful when you recite the Quran correctly with tajweed and and reciting every letter properly and stretching when necessary and such even though I don't know the meaning of what I'm saying just reciting the letters properly and correctly it just feel so powerful reciting it but I don't get why because I don't even know what I am saying but for some reason the feeling of it is very powerful when you read the Quran correctly I'm just wondering why because I don't even know what I am saying is it just because it is the word of Allah or is there some reason we just don't know

If you can't read arabic then scan through the Quran with your index finger. It's the intention that counts and the Quran has lots of baraqa (Blessings)
