Can someone please write a template for a recommendation letter for an Islamic University or Madrassah?

The first thing a person making such a request should do is introduce themself (if unknown) and state their aims (and aims should be lawful), since recommendations are usually written by the person making the recommendation and is only done on the his/her behalf due to valid reasons.
