Salamualikum.
Well what i know sis is one should NOT talk whilst listning to Qura'an but can do stuff for example when im working i do listen to Qura'an but it's better to know the udnerstanding sister.
Also you won't get the amount of reward you get when reciting Qura'an it won't be same. Then again look at bright side atleast listning to Qura'an is much much much better than listning to songs man
Btw one more thing when listning to Qura'an is better to actually focus on what it says aswel rather than just put it on ''intention'' counts thoe init.
Anywho i guess someone can give you a link or sumet insha'Allaah
