Just a little somethin somethin I whipped up

Sacrifice
For years I have been trying to analyze why love and sacrifice go hand in hand
I realized that it’s a part of God’s master plan
See love is a mystery to all man
Indefinable and impossible to understand
If you love God then you have to sacrifice your wrong routines
If you love God then you are forced to understand what it all really means
If you love someone you sacrifice a part of yourself
And when you love someone, all that matters is their happiness
And sometimes not yours
Because life is never a win-win set-up
Sacrificing for what you love
Is painful, tiring, and hard
But when you fall, don’t forget to get up

I read Rumi on and off.And yes I could see the reflection of his writings in yours but in a simplified manner.lovely poem BTW.
