Salah question!

Salam Aleikum Warahmatullah wa barakatuh!
So I just have a quick question and forgive me if it was already answered here. So does it matter what order of a Surah I recite after Al Fatihah? So for 2 Raakat for the first rakaat after Al Fatihah I recite let's say IKhlas then for the second rakaat am I only allowed to recite surah after ikhlas?

As long as it's 3 verses from the Qur'aan it does not make a difference as to what you recite.
