Salah without wudu or tayamumm

As Salamu alaikum

If I cannot perform wudu because of a
Movement disorder that is called tourrettes
Neither can I perform tayymmum due to it

Am I excused? Can I perform salah without the 2 means
Of purification due to my disability?

It is better to speak with knowledgeable person in your locality to find out what should be done in your situation. If you cannot perform wudhu by yourself, you can ask one of your family members to help you with it.

I just learned salah without wudu is major kufr that makes one kafir!

I ask Allah's forgiveness and guidance...
