Reputation system is explained in the FAQ section:
CLICK HERE

The Aria style is the current style that you're using. If you want to change your skin/style/theme:

Scroll down at the bottom of the page and select one of the styles to have a quick preview.

If you have decided to change the the current style, go to your UserCP

Click on on Edit Options

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select your skin under the category 'Forum Skin'

For more explanation of the forum features, go to the FAQ SECTION
