Science Foundation

I was thinking, that muslims need a large science and engineering research foundation, because the majority of muslim countries are lacking in these fields. It could be a place where people develop new things, train new scientists and engineers, and could fund scholarships for science degrees.

It would be extremely useful for muslims if there became a caliphate, as we would have people to make cars, to mine, to build bridges, roads, work in hospitals, teach in schools, teach in universities...

Just seems like a good idea
