I have a silly question about your question.

If you find something you dislike, and stop being a Muslim, then why would you want to take shahada again? What I am saying, is that if you ever decide to apostate and stop being a muslim after becoming one, then what makes you think at this point that you wold return a second time? It just seems a bit..... odd.... to ask questions about hypothetical situations that depends on potential future events that may never occur.
If you take shahada, then do it. I once saw someone say that it is beter to be a bad muslim, then no muslim at all. Personally, I disagree with this logic and feel it is flawed, because I am one who feels as though a bad muslim is no muslim at all, just as a bad christian is no christian at all. I do not understand how someone can claim to be a follower of a religion that they do not follow at all nor have any desire in their heart to follow.

I am just thankful that I am not God who sits in judgment of others, and I am thankful he is merciful and ever forgiving for those who desire repentance. But if you want to become a muslim, then do so and follow Islam to the best of your ability, never ceasing in learning and bettering yourself and your faith. If at some point you doubt or find things you disbelieve, then pray and ask God to help remove your disbelief and to help you in understanding and in faith. But do not sit and think about being a wishy washer believer who may or may not flip flop from believing to not believing to believing again, and wondering if you may or may not be able to take shahada again at some hypothetical future event. It sounds as though you are already looking for an escape plan and back up plan of redemption. I would argue that if this is the case, then you are not yet ready to follow.
To answer your question, yes, if you messed up, but later repentented, you could re-take shahada. That is my understanding at least from what I have heard before.
