Shaikh Imran Hosein, engages with Deen Choudhury from Daring Deen in an interview which should not be missed!

I believe that some of his opinions and predictions are good and well thought out -and Allah :swt: knows best - whilst others are weak and he speaks of the unseen without any authority as if certain - whereas only Allah :swt: is certain, and it is Allah :swt: who gives certainty to whom He inspires.
This is in no way a condemnation but rather humble tawaasa bi al haqq for him to consider.

:jz: Interesting analysis about Rum in the first 20 mins on whether the hadith concerning Rum was the same mentioned in the Quran or another being referred towards/fabrication of the hadith. (being in conflict with the Quran)

Anyway, also felt like someone just handed over to me a verbal beating ....haha! I guess it happens when someone has been asked to repeat something over and over. Thanks for uploading will listen to the rest of the talk another day.

How is this known? Do you have definite knowledge and authority that he is a kafir and murtad, if not best stay silent on someone giving a different view or understanding that perhaps you are not in agreement with.

There is sufficient evidence he is
 
You do not know who is a kafir or not. Only allah knows. By uttering these words, you have challenged the law of Allah. Doing this act is kufr. You have to repent.
 


WHY WE DO NOT TAKE KNOWLEDGE FROM IMRAN HOSEIN!!??

1. His teachers are known for Sufism. He praises them for writing commentary on Ibn Arabi's(1) theory of Wahdatul Wajood(2)- The worst AQEEDAH on the Planet Earth, the Aqeedah worst than the Aqeedah of Mushriks.

He says about his teacher: "He courageously undertook, in that book, a critical comparative evaluation of Muhiyuddin Ibn ‘Arabi’s theory of ‘wahdah al-wujud’(i.e., that all existence is a real unity)"2. He praises the Khabeeth Khumeini (3) (A Kafir Shi'i) and calls him with Rahimahullah.3. He says that Authentic Hadith of Saheeh Al-Bukhari about the marriage of Prophet Sallallahu alayhi wasallam as FABRICATED and also says:

"Nabi Muhammed Alai Salatu was Salaam, never - N - E - V - E - R , he never married Ayesha Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anha"!4. Strange views on Dajjal

Gog and Magog are mentioned in many authenticated hadith with physical descriptions of being short unintelligent beings held physically behind the barrier built by Thul-Qarnain. But this man says that they are are now in the world and are freed.and he says:"Gog is the Anglo-American-Israeli alliance and Magog is Russia"-"An Islamic View of Gog and Magog in the Modern Age" Chapter 5. Identifying Gog and Magog Page 161

6. Recommends Celebration of Meelad un Nabi (4) (which is an innovation)7. He says Iran has most Integrity!! Ajeeb. 9. Imran Hosein Says Prophet Muhammad And Salaf Did Not Explain All Verses Of Quran10. Completely Misinterprets the hadith about Sunrising from West. and He says that the event already occured and it is meant metaphorical.

11. Imran Hosein strange views about Surgeries at Hospitals. (for refutation see point 4. refutation part1 and part2)

12. This person says that Jihad is Haram in Syria. He always spins the topics with his so called predictions.13. According to Imran Hosein:
"1 day like a year" refers to British Era
"1 Day Like a month" refers to US Era
"1 Day Like a week" refers to Israel "E-currency"
in the hadith: The Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wa sallam) said, "The time of the Dajjal will be forty years; one year like half a year, one year like a month, and one month like a week. The rest of his days will pass so quickly that if one of you were at one of the gates of Madinah, he would not reach the other gate before evening fell."

Someone asked, "O Messenger of Allah, how will we pray in those shorter days?" He said, "Work out the times of prayer in the same way that you do in these longer days, and then pray."

He completely skipped the last part of the hadith, to explain his "Whims and Desires!"
14. According to Imran Hosein, "Rum" ( الرُّومُ) mentioned in Quran and Hadith is not Rome, but it is Russia. The Alliance that he is speaking is not of Rome and Muslims, but Shias and Russia.
15. He completely changes the hadith of Al-Kawthar, and gives his new version (Barelvis would love this one)In the ahadeeth where Angels would be taking away the people "who changed the Religion"(innovated) after Prophet Muhammed Sallallahu alayhi wasallam, he mentions that Prophet Muhammed Sallallahu alayhi wasallam himself will know by seeing them.The actual hadith is as follows:

Muslim narrated in his Saheeh (367) from Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came to the graveyard and said: “Peace be upon you, O habitation of believing people. We will join you soon, if Allaah wills. Would that we had seen our brothers.” They said, “Are we not your brothers, O Messenger of Allaah?” He said: “You are my companions. Our brothers are those who have not yet come.” They said: “How will you recognize those among your ummah who have not yet come, O Messenger of Allaah?” He said: “If a man has a horse with a white blaze and white feet among horses that are all black, don’t you think that he will recognize his horse?” They said: “Of course, O Messenger of Allaah.” He said: “They will come with white foreheads and white hands and feet because of wudoo’. I will have reached the Cistern ahead of them and men will be driven away from my Cistern as stray camels are driven away. (I will say), ‘Let them come,’ and it will said to me, ‘They changed after you were gone,’ so I will say, ‘Away with them!’” (6)

I end with the hadiths of The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam ) who said: "There will be people who will narrate to you what you and your fathers have not heard of before. So be aware of them and let them be warned".

and He (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“ Indeed Allah does remove the knowledge [of al-Islam] from the people, but rather Allah remove the knowledge by removing the Scholars, up until there will not remain a single Scholar. Then the people will take as [religious] leaders ignoramuses. They will ask them for legal verdicts and they will give them legal verdicts without knowledge. So they will be misguided and they will misguide others.”

And safety is in the way of the first generations so stick to them and guard your honor and religion from all doubts and disputes.

Any parents who is reading this forum...having a masters degree and a bachelor degree and an honors degree and having an A++ in physics, math, and get a high paying job that is not a success......if when you die you end up in hellfire and your heart is exclusively attached to this world. That to me is utter failure. I would rather sweeping the street floor and making pennies if my imaan is saved and I will die successful in the afterlife. Some my argue you can have both. My question is, can you really? With the fitna you have now in schools, universities and the world around you...can you really?

It's really helpful to have scholars who can analyze the world we are living in and guide us accordingly. From listening to this one talk (which is 60 mins in- AND still to be completed) I have been doing some searches on the importance of Islamic Eschatology and 10 major signs of the Last Day.

And, have understood that some of these signs are presented and explained with Quranic guidelines and hadith understanding. So, I have differ with those who disagree that Shaikh Imran Hosein should not be listened because the very persons denouncing his knowledge have had insignificant works presented as explanations or guidance in comparison.

He even states in this lecture - do not accept my views unless you are convinced they are correct. So, it's not binding upon anyone.

One thing, I can say that there are others who have explained that an environment has been created for Dajjal.


For instance in a lecture by Sh. Bilal Assad WHEN IS DAJJAL COMING *PREDICTION* BY BILAL ASSAD

Some of the points made includes:
1. (similarly) An environment is prepared for dajjal
2. Media is the most powerful tool, ideology and media....deception upon deception
3. An sign and warning - What will you do when Iraq is denied it's currency, what will you do when Ash-Shams is denied it's currency and what will do when Egypt is denied it's currency?...When a currency falls it's country also falls. Rasulullah s.a.w asked how will it fall and he said by foreign intervention (isn't this occurring presently?)
4. That no. 3 is one of the plots in the bigger plans.
5. In another narration the prophet s.a.w stated that the Romans/non-Muslims who lived in the land of Islam, when Jizayah is no longer being paid the people i.e they will over-power you. Ash-Sham is different to Syria, it's part of Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine/Israeli territories, parts of Turkey. After world war 1 Ash-Shams were divided into different states/places. The Arabs and Turks were turned against each other.(plot and planned) The last Khalifah....broken by pride, racism....


As for the point about Aisha (r.a) - I listened to that lecture and this is what was understood:


Marriage to Aisha r.a - Shaikh Imran is saying that her marriage to the prophet pbuh was a command that Allah fulfilled, implying that Aisha r.a was already married by His/Allah's decree according to the hadith (seeing her being presented in a dream)

Thereafter, was the explanation that it is haram to have sexual relations with a girl before she becomes a woman. (hence, no marriage before puberty). A reference in the Quran for this understanding was given with the interpretation of Maryam bint Imran (a.s) mother of Isa (pbuh) when she became pregnant with the onset/after age of puberty, i.e the Angel Jibreel a.s visited her and informed that she would have a child. (only possible with biological female function of menstruation)

He's using this incident to demonstrate that it is only after puberty that it becomes permissible and a consideration for women to be married. (and puberty changes for females: 10-14-15-16 etc) So, it is haram to have sexual relations with a woman before puberty. He surely isn't saying that Aisha r.a wasn't married to the prophet pbuh but more attention was paid to her age for the actual marriage.

I haven't had the chance to look into other things mentioned but want to stick to this topic on this particular lecture. (But a bit busy for a while, so will return to it later on)

Thank you sister. I even told my mom that just because he misinterpretered something in ahadith or is wrong in some part of ahadith DOES NOT MAKE HIM A KAFIR. Does he say shahada? Does he believe in shahada? Does he pray? Fast? Does he do Haj? HE IS MUSLIM. Enough said. To make takfir to a Muslim because you believe he is contradicting himself (expected, because he is not Allah, he is a human being, he is insan, he is not prophet who waits for revelation from Allah to inform us)...make you kafir or going in that direction. He is like everyone of us. He makes mistake. If you think he made a make and you have proof he made it and you have more knowledge than he does on the matters you think he made mistakes on then please... while he is still alive, hurry! Reach to him and inform him so you...YES YOU...get reward for teaching him his errors of his ways.

You do not have more knowledge than he does? You are not as informed as he is? You have not done your research? You have not read books and become scholar like he is? Then..kindly JustTime ...BE QUIET AND DO NOT MAKE TAKFIR. Yeach! People. :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Dear brother,

I do not know this but ask a sunni scholar first concerniing if this person is kaafir and murtad. I do not know if you have saiid this for this person. But, ask for the view of sunni scholar. I do not know on what basis you said it if ever you said it.
 
Wait...just because Justtime said something wrong, doesn't mean we should ignore him completely. Agreed calling someone a kafir is wrong...i wouldn't even call a real kafir a 'kafir'.
However, Zzz posted a complete list with things this sheikh has done wrong...and it is not a short list. He even provided links and references to check for yourself.
So, before defending this sheikh, check those links instead of ignoring it.
