Should you continue prayer if this happens?

If you are talked to by someone while praying, should you continue praying and ignore the person? I think if it's important like there's a tragedy happening or something or maybe it's just really important, we can reply back? What is the ruling on this?
 
Pray loudly so that they know you are praying. Concentrate on prayer and ignore them.

If there is a tragedy then that is a different case. If you are about to get hurt or if someone near you is about to get hurt, then you can break your prayer and move to a safer place and then restart praying.
 
Do you also restart prayer after farting? I just remember that I companion said that ablution must be done again, if sure of farting while praying. When you heard the sound or smelled the gas. Or can you just continue where you left? Please, if you can, share a proof.
 
Farting breaks wudhu, so you will have to first redo ablution and then restart prayer.

Continuing from where you left is only done in very specific cases. I will try to provide details later :ia:.

But why one must restart the prayer, and just continue till he ends his prayet?
