ستة أصناف من الناس لا تحاورهم ولا تجدي المجادلة معهم :
:: الجاهل ::
لا شك إنك متى حاورت جاهلاً ظن لجهله أن الحق معه وحصل له ضرر تكون أنت سببه
فقد قال تعالى { وأعرض عن الجاهلين }...
The ignorant and as :Allah::swt: informed us in the Quran:[FONT=Verdana,arial] Al-A'raf [7:199]
:: الجاهل ::
لا شك إنك متى حاورت جاهلاً ظن لجهله أن الحق معه وحصل له ضرر تكون أنت سببه
فقد قال تعالى { وأعرض عن الجاهلين }...
The ignorant and as :Allah::swt: informed us in the Quran:[FONT=Verdana,arial] Al-A'raf [7:199]
[SIZE=+2]خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْجَاهِلِينَ
Khuthi alAAafwa wamur bialAAurfi waaAArid AAani aljahileena

Hold to forgiveness; command what is right; But turn away from the ignorant.

When you address the ignorant, he surely thinks he's correct and will blame you if ill befalls him.
:: السفيه ::
ليس من الحكمة... أن تحاور السفهاء لأن السفيه لا رشد في أقواله ولا أفعاله فكيف يرجى تلمس الحق في محاورته ومناظرته
The ribald since there's no development of growth in conversation with them, so how can there be any truth to conversation with him ,
:: الغضبان ::
عليك أخي المحاور أن تسكت إذا غضب من تحاور حتى تهدأ أعصابه وتبرد مشاعر الغضب وتسكن اضطرابات النفس
فمتى واجهته وهو بهذا الحال كنت كعاقل واجه مجنوناً
The angry, until he has calmed down and reason returns to him if you address him it is as if a sane person addressing the mentally impaired
:: الثقيل ::
إذا رأيت محاورك لا يحسن الحوار فيفيدك ولا الاستماع فيستفيد منك
فإياك وإياه
The dull or in this case rigid, he doesn't have a dialogue of interest which will lead to mutual growth
:: المتعنت ::
والمتعنت قد يكون أحد الرجلين
إما جاهل جهل مركب
أو أحمق لا دواء له إلا بالإعراض عنه
فإنه إن وافقته خالفك وإن خالفته عارضك وإن أكرمته أهانك وإن أهنته أكرمك وإن تبسمت له كشر لك وإن حلمت عنه جهل عليك وإن جهلت عليه حلم عنك
the obstinate, who falls under two categories, he's either ignorant or foolish and no cure for him save to ignore him, if you agree with him he'll disagree with you, if you disagree he'll vehemently oppose you, if you're kind to him, he'll insult you, if you smile at him, he'll frown at you, if you are clement, he backbites you and it is just best to ignore him.
:: المبتدع ::
وهذا الصنف لا يعرفه إلا من أتاه الله الحكمة والبصيرة بحال البدع وأهلها فلا بد التفقه في هذا المقام
فكم من أشخاص استعمل الحوار معهم فلم يحصد غير الأحقاد والشنآن
The innovator, this type isn't easily identified save by those to whom :Allah::swt: has bestowed wisdom and reason, he'll make up fatwas, false interpretations, new additions and subtractions based on their desires, they're hateful and sometimes seductive in the way they humanize sins so people appeal to the human condition and cave in to lowly desire rather than walk the straight path.

ليس من الحكمة... أن تحاور السفهاء لأن السفيه لا رشد في أقواله ولا أفعاله فكيف يرجى تلمس الحق في محاورته ومناظرته
