Does any one think i should go see a doctor about this, or should seek medication for it? ive had it for 15 years now.

You're doctor may prescribe drugs, which I'm not in favour of. Counselling is far better though. If you feel this may help then tell your doctor you want to make a referal. And boost your imaan. Read Surah Yasin every morning bro. InshaAllah, you will feel the difference in yourself immediately.
