Assalamu'Alaykum

Somber From the Bottom of My Heart​


Drowning in sorrow
tears are never ending
time is dragging
tomorrow is pending
my heart is in so much pain
my tears are like acid rain
what did I do wrong
I know I have to be strong
Allah I know its from you
but im so weak what can I do
can I make it
can I pull through
sometimes its like the world is against me
when will this all be over
from this sadness will I be sober
its dark
its cold
im alone
making sajdah to you....
you’re the only one that can pull me through

the pain
the sorrow
inshallah.......

I will be stronger to carry on tomorrow
when im lost and confused
never my Du’aa did u refuse
I turn to you and my worries come to an end
on you Ya Allah, can I only depend
I need you...
you’re my only friend​

what a beautiful was to express ur feelings, by poetry mashallah. better than punching someone or yelling at someone..lol. This is sister has some real skills when it comes to poetry, mashallah :applaud:

dang masha'Allah that was your frist poem and like you
you always succeed on it masha'Allah ameen to all the duas you deserve
it i have never meant any body with the same determination as you subhana'Allah
the whole masjid changed since you left man we miss you but anywaz back to the poem i knoe you have skills and insha'Allah you will get into more aspect of poetry yea but keep up the good work wow can i ever say how glad i am to be your friend

Masha'Allaah that was a lovely poem...I think each of us can picture ourselves in a scenario similar to the one in the poem, which is why it appeals to us so much. Jazakallah Khayr for sharing it with us sister.
