I found this on the net somewhere (i cant remember where though). this is a really good document by Br. Nouman ali khan raising the topic of teaching Arabic to children in Islamic schools. Though it mentions Islamic schools, its also a good guideline for teaching Arabic to children in general, be it in a school environment or otherwise (eg at home).
