Suggest the best donation accepting websites who provide food aid in Iraq and Syria.

Innocent people are dying of Hunger in iraq and Syria and i wanna help the best i can. Wish i could go over there and help theme myself but for now seems like donation is my only option.
I have been looking over the internet and there are many NGOs and other organizations providing relief for those people. I wanna know which ones are the most trustable and provides relief (specially food aid) directly to the people in Iraq and Syria.
