Suggestions for a major please??

I will be a freshman in college next semester and I am not sure exactly what I want to major in.

I like reading, writing, giving advice, helping people, biology, and even chemistry a little.

I'm thinking that I might major in Psychology.

Can I have some feedback and suggestions please??? :)
 
Greetings,

It sounds like psychology could be the course for you, although be warned that there's likely to be a lot of statistics involved, especially early on in the course, so if you're allergic to maths (like I am) you may find it a bit tedious to begin with.

Once you get through that, that's when the interesting stuff begins!

If you like reading and writing, what about English Literature?

im not bad at math
but its not exactly my first choice either....lol

is anyone here a psychology major or was a psychology major

if so, give me suggestions

Don't be in too big a hurry to declare a major. Take some basic gen ed classes and see what hits. If you take specialized classes too early and then change your mind you have a lot of credits you can't really use.

i'm not in college yet...lolz...but i do study a lot about this topic..got relatives who r pharmacistz..and Inshaa'Allah i will be one 2 oneday..:-D
