Assalam Alaikum everyone! I work for a research and analysis company, and we are currently are conducting a research on the experience of the visitors to Madinah post-pandemic. Is anyone interested in participating with us in a quick survey to understand their journey and gain their opinions on any improvements that must be made? Any input will be highly valuable in helping our clients to enhance the current schemes and develop future initiatives to improve the experiences for the Guests of AlRahman.

Asalamu alaykum

I know people who went to Madinah and Makkah last month and they really disliked the experience compared to pre Covid. It was as if the guards working in the Haramain were being ordered to make seeing the holy sites intentionally difficult for the pilgrims.
