Just wondering as to why i am unable to log into the chatroom?? Can somebody help me please??

When i go to sign in it tries to connect to the server and then it says error please try again..

It seems that you're behind a firewall who is blocking the port.

Are you accessing the chatroom from home or from school/work?

From home. Im using broadband internet.. If i cannot get in then thats ok.. My husband takes care of my computer as far as security goes and i dont want to do anything to it..

Me too. It says either my password or username is incorrect.

It shouldn't be asking you for your username & password but let you login automatically.

The problem is your nickname. You can try again but I doubt it will work with a single character nickname.

PM one of the admins if you want your nick to be changed.

If you get this error:

It means that you do not have Java installed.

Go to www.java.com and Click on the "Download Now" Button.

Make sure that you have Java installed.

Go to http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

and verify your installation. If it is not installed, go to:

http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp

to download and install .
