Arabic is my first language and if I was looking for specific Hadith or Surah I will look it in Arabic, but sometimes I need it in English!
For the Quran I only need to type the number of the chapter or the verse and I will receive plenty of good translation of the Quran. But not that easy when it comes to the Hadiths.

where do you guys read/find the Hadith in English?

There is a fairly good website to go to. The link is:

Sunnah.com - Sayings and Teachings of Prophet Muhammad (??? ???? ???? ? ???)

So far, no other Hadith site has so many narrations. A website which I respect as well is:

Hadith | hadith library | hadees | hadis | Search hadith

But the first one is better.
