Last Tuesday, I was at the market
and there was quite a racket.
Golden seeds for sale --- not available through mail!
For six billion customers, there were very few sellers.
But each one would boast they had enough for every fell'er!
I passed by tiers of yellow, orange, green, purple...heck! The whole entire rainbow!
I even saw fool's gold-- an obvious placebo!
There's only one kind of golden seed-- it's not a business secret.
That's why, as I left, my mother said, "Buy the right one, or you'll regret."
That day, not only did I dodge the flying spit,
I ducked from malicious hits!
Roaming hooligans and ruthless hoodlums. What misfits!
Black-hearted bandits in tiny ninja outfits crept up in the corners,
proclaiming groceries lists like mine are signs of the Forlorn-ers.
I stomped my feet and drew in air,
“Don’t you dare!
This list was given to me by my mother
Who got it from a righteous brother.”
As I stormed away, to my right, a glowing table caught my eye.
Oh my!
A righteous sister and another mister!
I showed my list and she took the order:
One golden seed
“Quite simple, but please take heed.
I don’t want any false bead to me give the wrong lead!”
The product instructions said it needed no construction.
Instead it said:
1. Declare your faith: There is no deity [worthy of worship] except God, and Muhammad is His messenger.
2. Sow, tend and REAP!
