The two types of Presdestination?

Assalam o Alaikum
I have heard there are two types of predestination. One that had been written in the preserved tablet 50 million years before earth was created, and the one that changes yearly. Can someone give me any examples regarding the two, to help me clarify the difference.
Please, i don't want any link to a website or long answers. brief responses would be appreciated ,jazakallah
 
Chapter 2, verse 253: "...If Allah had so willed, succeeding generations would not have fought among each other, after Clear (Signs) had come to them, but they (chose) to wrangle, some believing and others rejecting. If Allah had so willed, they would not have fought each other; but Allah fulfills His plan."Here Allah explains His plan. It shows we don't know what is Allah's will unless he tells us. So in that case, we do what we choose to do (freewill)
