I don't (yet) follow any particular religion. However I do think it is of key importance for us all to try to understand each other.

I see myself as a kind of 'outside observer' and I am very keen to hear everyone's thoughts.

People on this forum seem so upbeat and happy about following Islam. I also have a number of friends who are Muslim.

I wonder if any of you would be happy to try and try and describe what being a Muslim means to you.

Loss of old fears.

Assurance and trust in the Mercy of God(swt)

A way of life that feeds and nourishes me spiritually and physically.
