i need to know if tobaco and caffein are halal in islam?
the quran says its forbidden to get addicted to stuff so is there any hatith
about that?

i also would like to know if it is totally forbidden to kill in the 4 holy moths
(attack war) or if dschihad is more importand then this rule?
