But it's been put there for a reason....so u dont over rep someone....get my point:?

Reps dont mean too much anyways.

Yes, but there are some restrictions. You will not be able to give to the same person twice, unless you've given reputation to another members in between. The restriction is set to 5 members instead of the default 20. This means that you have to give reputation to 5 different members before you attempt to give reputation to the same member
