Sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice your post before. With regards to your question:

1. Cambridge
2. Oxford
3. Imperial College
4. Edinburgh
5. Manchester

But remember, if you are applying to study Medicine, then ANY university is good, because they all need a high standard of teaching to be able to teach medicine, and also, medicine is very competitive, so as my cousin put it "the best university for medicine is the one that accepts you"
