Is anyone familiar with erdogan's approval ratings before the coup?

It's a plot difficult to make sense of, but it's obvious that people are turning more to Islam, and were angry at America's secularism pushing anyway, could it be possible that they were also getting frustrated with erdogan so he teamed up with the cia to clamp down on the islamic institutions and chanelled the people's anger at Gulen?
i do recall him recently embarking on a clampdown of islamic state support which got more than a few people upset, especially since the kurds fighting Islamic state were being given turkish claimed territory by america.

Allah knows but these twists are really twisted.

And does anyone know if this is true?

Of the latest crack down, states Tyler Durden (2) in Zero Hedge, staggeringly:“In his first ‘emergency powers’ decree … Erdogan authorised the closure of 1,043 private schools, 1,229 charities and foundations, 19 trade unions, 15 universities and 35 hospitals … The government also announced it would seize the properties of all these schools, universities and private institutions.”

The only One we can fully trust today on a personal amd international level is Allah, and if we all did that, we could probably trust each other again.....

The following statements attributed to j edgar hoover referred apparently to communism despite the freshly staged ww2 just before, it appears to apply to secularism and capitalism today:

The menace of communism in this country will remain a menace until the American people make themselves aware of the techniques of communism.
No one who truly understands what it really is can be taken in by it.

Yet the individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists. The American mind simply has not come to a realization of the evil which has been introduced into our midst. It rejects even the assumption that human creatures could espouse a philosophy which must ultimately destroy all that is good and decent.
The Elks Magazine*(August 1956).

And this one goes for secular and puppet politicians especially:

Above all, I would teach him to tell the truth. Truth-telling, I have found, is the key to responsible citizenship. The thousands of criminals I have seen in 40 years of law enforcement have had one thing in common: Every single one was a liar.
