I got an answer from an Ustadz in my place.

Sometime Rasulullah Shallallahu Alaihi Wasalam recited two surah after surah Al-Fatihah.
There is a hadith about it. Recorded by Imam Bukhari and Imam Tirmidzi. Clasified as sahih (authentic) by Imam Tirmidzi.

There were a handful of sahabah, including Ali bin Abi Talib (RA) who used to recite Surah al Ikhlas AND one other surah after al Fatihah, due to their love for Surah al Ikhlas.
