UK sponsorship information needed

one of my siblings has uk passport (he was born in UK). what is the way for him to sponsor me, my other sibs & parents to go to uk (that is england or ireland). what is the way for him to sponsor us to get uk citizenship? is there any way? i mean some countries allow a person to sponsor parents & sibs. is there a way in uk? i tried researching online but could find only limited information, nothing very helpful. can anyone provide accurate info? preferably from an immigration lawyer if possible. thanks for all help.

It will depend which country you are wanting to emigrate from.
