Unable to browse an avatar for my profile picture

Assalamualaikum
I am unable to browse pictures for my profile picture.:exhausted I just wanted to kno that whether I need more posts,points,reputation etc for browsing an avatar for my profile.

Some error in the forum software currently disallows change of Profile pictures :ermm:

wich forum software do we use btw?

yeh I know its vBulletin. But I thought 3.8 allowed profile pictures.
