Urgently need help

I am applying for the AMI montessori course and they have asked me to write a life sketch including interests, hobbies, etc.
Please can anyone guide me into how and what i should write and from what time i should start.
This is really urgent.

That sounds like a basic generic Resume. If you are younger then 18 begin with when you first started school. Kindergarten or Pre-K. If you are over 18 begin with after you finished the first 6 primary grades. If you are over 25 begin with when you completed High School.

do not leave out any accomplishments you have recieved recognition for, include any extra- curricular activities you took part in.
