Urine drops

If a little drop of urine fell on the bath carpet. It is pure only because is dry?
 
Carpet does not become pure by drying. You need to wash it by rinsing it in water three times. If it is a fixed carpet you can try use a wet sponge.

But if something touch the dry Carpet it Will ne impure ?
 
If what touches the dry carpet is impure, such as urine, then yes, it makes the carpet impure.
