That is just plain sick. Killing unarmed civilians should be treated as murder. He should have to prove he has reasonable grounds to think they were an imminent threat and were armed and dangerous.

when u see the number of innocent Muslims they hold without any charges, and poison the juries to see them as guilty before even hearing them,
