Why not just download it (CD Quality btw) and just burn it to audio disc?

I can tell you from where you can listen or download Budair's recitation. He recited so many surah of the Holy Quran. But i am in need of his complete recitation of the Holy Quran. Just visit the following site. Copy it from here and paste it in the explore bar.
