i have heard that man and woman must do sajda when they are in the position
"their legs are not joining their stomach or chest."
is this way implies for women also?
i have recently heard another thing that woman must do sajda in the state that her legs must be joined with her stomach and she must be leaned to earth.
what is the proper method of sajda according to Sunnah?

I've heard that women should try to keep their limbs as close to their body as possible, and went to look it up just to double check.

I found that there are only few difference concerning the prayers between the man and woman, keeping the limbs as close to the body as possible is one of them in the case of women's prayers, so answering your question, the knees touching the belly during sujood is advisable only for women because it's a way for them to be more concealed.
