while conspiracy theories are most definitely the arena of Webster Tarpley, this vid is a bit different. it is about the Malthusian Theory of Population Control, which, briefly, is:

resources on Earth are limited

Anglo Saxons are God's chosen people and are therefore entitled to the lion's share of the resources on the planet

black and brown races, are by consequence, using resources that belong to whites

depopulation of the black and brown races, by premature death and birth control, is the entitlement of the white race

now, this might sound like a conspiracy theory, but it was actually official policy of the British Empire and therefore "legal".

this video is an extract of a much larger one, and as such is basically limited to Tarpley reading excerpts from books published by members of the Obama administration that advocate "population control" of the 3rd World. it is basically a case for genocide of "unworthy" people. if you watch the vid, you will plainly see that the bulk of it is just reading what has been published. if the entire interview was published, then we would (most likely)get into the area of conspiracy theories. as it stands, maybe 5%.

there is actually a problem with labeling it a conspiracy theory, which implies a theory about an illegal action. firstly, it isn't a theory, it is one of the goals of "the New World Order" (where you can argue conspiracy theory) and second, the writers suggest how to do all of these things LEGALLY, EVEN in the United States! it is pretty alarming stuff.

Look at the world state now you need no conspiracy to see what is the case.
The rich countries population voluntarily regulate their offspring because they are not stupid and can see what environmental damage they already cause and what twice of them would. China is in renting land in russia to feed their people and they already have the actual laws for population control.
Too high population growth in underdeveloped countries keeps them poor. Even a strong and well managed economy with good education can only create so many new jobs and the unemployed youth keeps wages below what they should be, makes unrest and crime more likely and therefore destabilizes the economy. A strong growing economy basically needs two things. Stability, social and judicial security and a supply of new skilled workers that is only slightly above what the economy needs.
It is a chicken egg problem.
The cry for population control comes from many NPOs primarily that say it is the only way 3rd world countries stand serious chance to quickly catch up to the industrialized world. They need to get out of this circle of population growth -> high unemployment -> bad education -> unrest -> instability -> no social security -> more population growth. The absolute number of population is too much depending on the amount of resources one needs for the intended quality of living, but the claim for a healthy population growth (as in growing but not too fast) is to further actual lasting economic growth.
The idea behind the liberals that Obama belong to believe that ones the countries get rich and educated enough the population growth takes care of itself just the same. The EU can easily feed twice its number but to feed the world there'd need to be more industrial agriculture elsewhere. Brasil is taking a lead here at the expense of lots of rainforest.

The elite and oligarchy is most happy with high population growth because that means lots and lots of people that won't become any real threat as they will not be able to afford the education necessary. The less educated the easier to control.
Sure there are still some white supremacists somewhere but Obama isn't one of them and neither are the NPOs that want the pope to drop his anti-contraception policy.

Yes, Holdren did publish a book 35 years ago regarding the world population, and much of it sounds horrible, including some of the things he proposed for the United States like forced abortions. It is not a book about the "genocide of unworthy people", and is most certainly not a blueprint for some new world order, especially when you consider the resistance that many leaders had to his appointment.

US has alot of planned incidents in the past - the tonkin incident, operation northwoods, USS maine, and sometimes in cooperation with other countries like israel the USS liberty attack, the ones who were on that ship, condemn this act and are thinking israel wanted the US to attack egypt.

Now with a major war game in the persian gulf, and the release of a new iranian sub and its patrol in the gulf may be a prelude to, but Allah knows best.

Yes, the pages were shown. He spent most of the time paraphrasing and putting his own spin on the text. Very few actual quotes were given.

He also makes it seem as if Holdren believes that these should come to pass, when from what I have read is more about what might be done, and gave examples from basic to extreme.

The fact is that until one of us actually reads the book we really won't know, and I'm certainly not going to take this crackpots word on it.

i agree that the book is talking about what "should be done," and after the first few you can see what's in the book. the "reading" is from a more current book that was written with 2 other people.

i can understand why someone might not want to listen to Tarpley, HOWEVER, when i can, if Allah allows, i will keep posting and let folks know when he reads from the other book.

but a guy in the Admin thinks the world pop should be 1,000,000,000 and that forced sterilization, mandatory abortions, "de" developing parts of the worls and assigning pop control to a "world body"...

A major news story broke on AOL and countless other mainstream news media outlets, this past week, that the Obama Health Care Bill will require all U.S. citizens and babies to receive a microchip or Medchip by March 23, 2013. Whether or not the microchip requirement in the bill is implemented by 2013, remains to be seen.

In 2010, my book “Are You Ready for the Microchip?” was released, and I asked the question, “Is the microchip implant hidden in the Healthcare Bill? Are newborn children starting in 2013 going to receive a microchip shortly after birth?” Then in the book, I wrote, “ In the massive US HEALTHCARE BILL, which your elected representatives voted for without reading, there is a section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 – National Medical Device Registry which states:



“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”

The language is deliberately vague, but it provides the structure for making America the first nation in the world that would require every U.S. citizen to receive an implanted radio-frequency (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling medical care.

A number of states like Virginia, have passed “stop the mark of the beast legislation” in an effort to stop this kind of legislation.





As with numerous other things that I have written and spoken about based on solid documentation, I am regularly challenged by some, and especially those in the Christian community, who are clueless about what is going on. Their criticism has never prevented me from presenting the facts, because I never take a poll about what I write or speak on. A Christian is called to speak the truth in love, whether or not it is accepted. I am not trying to disparage any ministry, but I don’t determine what I say based on whether or not it is “seeker friendly,” or popular. The only issue is, is it true and is it wise to communicate it at that particular time?

There are many things that I could say, but don’t, because there many people in our nation who, when confronted with a truth that is outside the box of their socially engineered consciousness, go into cognitive dissonance. As the microchip implant moves closer day by day, along with the “manufactured crisis” of illegal immigration, the problems of states like Arizona are creating an environment where Senators Charles Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are moving legislation forward that would require all U.S. workers, citizens and resident alike, to obtain and carry a National Biometric ID Card in order to work within the United States. It does not matter where you stand on the issue of amnesty or immigration, everyone is going to have to have a National Biometric ID Card that will eventually contain an RFID transmitter which will allow Big Brother electronic data bases to track all of your personal information. It is a simply a national ID card under another name. The national ID card will transition into a microchip implant, because that is technically more efficient. All of this which is about to happen very soon, is just the tip of the iceberg.

President Ronald Reagan refused to pass what he called this “Mark of the Beast” legislation. In my book, “Are You Ready for the Microchip?,” I examine the careful wording in the Health Care Bill which calls for a Med-Chip and a microchip implant. It was never hidden, it is simply Republican and Democrat, along with our corporate-controlled and Orwellian media, who deliberately chose to ignore it. The Bilderberg Group gave orders to microchip the entire U.S. population and then the world. Before the Health Care Bill was passed, the target date was set for the year 2013, when every baby born in the U.S. will receive a microchip at birth. Many are attacking President Obama for this, but although it is the Obama Health Care Bill, the microchip plan was created decades ago and put onto the fast track by the Republican Administration of President George Bush and his allegedly “born-again” Attorney General, John Ashcroft, after 911. It seems Ashcroft was more concerned about covering up the breasts of a Lady Liberty statue in the hallway of the Department of Justice, than he was about protecting our Constitutional liberties, which include the freedom of religion.

Unfortunately, Evangelical Christians make excellent political pawns because they focus on secondary issues, rather than the important issues. This is because Evangelical Christianity in America today does not have a truly Biblical worldview. I truly do not want to sound unkind, but the historical reality is that Evangelical Christians have played the part of what Lenin called “useful idiots.” Obviously, this is not what God planned for His people. But, by rejecting a Biblical worldview, the Scripture, “My people perish for lack of knowledge,” is fulfilled. The majority of Evangelical Christians in America have a very superficial faith as a result of what they are being taught in many of their churches and seminaries.

The new microchip technology with an RFID chip is so advanced it sounds like science fiction. The Apostle Paul explains how this fits into Revelation 13, where the False Prophet will head a one world religion and force people to accept the mark of the beast. A microchip implant, biochip implant or med chip, in and of itself, is not necessarily the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast under the direction of the False Prophet, requires the conscious rejection of Jesus Christ as Lord and a commitment to worship the Antichrist as God.

The challenge for Christians and others will be the very act of taking a microchip implant, biochip implant or med chip, simply because of its parallel to the Biblical mark of the beast. Will people of faith be exempted for religious reasons or will they be forced to take it or imprisoned. In addition, any microchip technology could be activated with enhanced controls after it is implanted. So what starts out as a simple microchip implant could become a technology where at some future time, you must worship the Antichrist as God, and reject Jesus Christ as Lord in order to participate in the economic system. The built-in and evolving capacity of microchip technology makes this a dangerous possibility.

In the final analysis, the simple act of accepting the implantation of a microchip for medical reasons appears harmless on the surface. However, there is no guarantee that once it is implanted, that it will not be activated for mark of the beast technology. This is the danger and challenge that lies before us.

Italy to introduce mandatory electronic payment for amounts over €50​

Italy's government have announced a set of measures that they claim will make life easier for citizens and businesses. Among the most important is the compulsory electronic payment for amounts in excess of € 50. From July 2013, merchants will have to accept electronic payment only for amounts over 50 euro, a measure that is already the subject of much public discussion. Electronic payment will also be required for professional services and are touted as a way to simplify people's lives and to control tax evasion.

Yet another measure is the electronic prescription, citizens will be provided with a PIN valid in any pharmacy throughout Italy which will permit the collection of prescriptions.

A further measure is the introduction of a single card with a chip that, in addition to identity, will also contain all health information. From January 2013, communication with the public administration will be via email, with an email address being kept in the national register. Paper certificates of birth and death will disappear with electronic versions of these documents being sent by Internet.

Malthus and the British East India Company

Malthus was not just any old country parson, but the official chief economist for the British East India Company (BEIC), the largest monopoly the world had ever seen, with an army in the late 18th and early 19th centuries that was larger than that of the British government itself. The swiss aren't getting anywhere either. With their whole direct democracy thing and politicians that aren't any brighter than anywhere else. Really they have got just as much nonsense going on as anywhere else. They got this philosophy of discussing any nonsense and pushing responsibility to the public. I doubt any swiss politician would even think about going to far ahead on his own nor could with any college complaining.
Any democracy is a bad starting point. Positions change to frequently, most people that really are smart enough to pull something off don't go into politics and there are way too many leaks. Just doesn't work in modern politics.
If you run some multinational or some korean chaebol would be a better suspect. :nervous:

Malthus was not just any old country parson

Malthus argued for the elimination of poverty, not poor people. He believed that whatever benefits might come from increasing production were always lost because the population increased even faster: “there is a constant effort towards an increase of population. This constant effort as constantly tends to subject the lower classes of the society to distress and to prevent any great permanent amelioration of their condition.”

His intentions were not genocidal, he believed that we could all be raised up into wealth: "I believe that it is the intention of the Creator that the earth should be replenished; but certainly with a healthy, virtuous and happy population, not an unhealthy, vicious and miserable one. And if, in endeavouring to obey the command to increase and multiply, we people it only with beings of this latter description and suffer accordingly, we have no right to impeach the justice of the command, but our irrational mode of executing it."

His main recommendation for achieving population was not sterilization or other extreme methods but ‘moral restraint’ ie chastity before marriage and delaying children until a family was wealthy enough to support them.

The outstanding negative feature of his ideas was the notion that measures like poor relief and famine relief were in the long run more destructive – ie he believed that by preventing “natural’ population adjustment, these measures ensured that poverty would repeat into the next generation, endlessly, and the famine cycle would continue. His ideas were translated into a policy called ‘laissez faire’ which, for example, led administrators to provide insufficient support in the Irish potato famine of 1846 which greatly increased the ultimate death tally.

Not surprisingly, his ideas have always been highly controversial. Today he is also seen as having seriously underestimated the power of human ingenuity to increase food production (he wrote just as the industrial revolution was taking off), and also misread human nature – it turns out that wealthy societies with more plentiful food (Europe, US, Japan) are inclined to have less children, not more.
