As salam alaikum everyone, I'm Liibaan. Don't let the Somali name fool you though, I'm actually a white Canadian who became Muslim almost 5 years ago. I married a Somali woman and took the name Liibaan, which means "barakah". I'm divorced now(yep, ladies, I'm available:D ), but I still feel a connection with Somali culture and people, but I'm not a wannabe in the least!! So yeah, that's me.

I'm also a 'white Muslim', although I've yet to take shahadah formally. But I'm taking it on Monday Insha'Allaah!

^That's just beautiful, man!! I'm not the type to get all teary-eyed over a revert, after all to me it's just common sense to be Muslim, but still it's always good news and insha Allah you'll see your life get better.

Just how many Muslims are there in Fishland?:p
