According to Quran and Sunnah, are there any other exception other than the below mentioned for which man can be exempted from marriage ?

Poverty
Mentally retarded person (for whom the pen is already lifted up)
castration
impotence ,
severe physical handicaps like blindness ,deafness, speech, missing hands or legs

A Scholar who desires to spend his entire time in seeking knowledge.

Getting married is not something wajib (obligated) like salah or fasting in Ramadhan which if a Muslim don't do this then he get sin. But getting married is sunnah that very suggested for Muslims to who have ready for this.

Then how about a Muslim man who afraid t get married because he has traumatic experience?. He is considered as haven't ready.

However, if a Muslim man has ready and able to get married but choose to stay unmarried because he want to focus to serve Allah, then this is fall into imitating non-Muslims because this is not different than what Catholic priests and Buddhist monks do.

A strong possibility of him physically abusing his wife, not fulfilling her rights and a temper which makes others unbearable to live with.

what traumatic experience? define it

how can someone predict the possibility of abusing his wife unless he has already married once and divorced because of the reason ? What rights need to be full filled (other than financial or conjugal rights which i have already covered in my first post ) ?

And those who dont follow the sunnah of marriage ,they do not belong to Ummah of Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him and they will end up in hellfire like the 72 sects of islam , is that correct ?

Well, as br Ardianto wrote, getting married isn´t obligation. So, no marry - no automatical hellfire. You shouldn´t interpret hadiths too quickly. If a man for example decides not to marry because he wants to serve Allah, how he would do it if it means he will ends to the hellfire automatically? That´s not logical.

Things like anger management issues, being bipolar or schizophrenic etc .... These are known even before marrying.

It seems you are the same person who made a similar thread here, which was closed. If you have a problem getting married, focus on addressing that problem instead of looking for incorrect interpretations of hadeeth. The anonymous account is not to be abused by posting irresponsibly.
