What do you do if you don't have MISWAK?

I understand that there is great benefit in using miswak before doing wudu. But what if you don't have miswak?

Would toothbrush and toothpaste do? ^o) Or would we have to purchase miswak from an online store or something?

A tooth brush will do. While it is sunnah to use a miswak I have never seen anything that says it is fiqh(obligatory) the tooth paste is optional.
