^ Is it lord in the same sense that Yusuf a.s. referred to the Malik of Egypt "Indeed, he is my master (Rabbi), who has made good my residence." ?

Yeah..that's interesting..I've heard most of those words before but I never thought the definition was lord.
in my language it can be used to address a superior (but mostly now it is used in wrongful worship)
synonymous with Master, Lord, Malik (owner), Mai baap meaning mother & father (mostly used by beggars), aaqa is also used by extreme "deviants" when worshipping the Last Prophet, a "saint" or any leader of their various tarikahs
