Kufr ul-Istihal: Disbelief out of trying to make haram into halal. This applies to someone who accepts as lawful (halal) that which Allah has made unlawful (haram) like alcohol or adultery. Only Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala, has the prerogative to make things halal and haram and those who seek to interfere with His right are like rivals to Him and therefore fall outside the boundries of faith.
Can anyone plz explain this is it deliberately trying to make halal haram and haram halal what about those people who don't live in islamic country or people who are ignorant are they all doing kufr ul-Istihal if soneone doesn't konw about something je is excused for his ignorance there are numerous incidents in which the sahabas were shown mercy by Almighty for not knowing the ruling i dont remember precisely but there's was an incident in which the sahabi didn't know that alcohol was haram also at a time when a person confessed that he did everything that a man does with a woman before marriage except penetration he was asked if he knew what zina is what about teenagers who believe pronography is not haram but knows looking at non mehram's private part is haram but believes that in pronography iys ok or visual watching is ok and just a taboo in society and then finds out its haram what about other rules in which scholars have diff opinion what i think is it is declaring something halal knowing it is haram? Is it if not than soo many muslims don't know proper ruling
