Another video I made about the current debate going on about Nationalising the utilities of a nation. From what I know, under a Islamic system of governance, the state is the owner and operator of everything to do with public services. In that regard, wouldn't it be good of the UK moved towards more nationalisation too?

Depends what you mean by public services. Healthcare, for example, was never considered a "public service" until quite recently. Doctors and healers, especially those who practice traditional medicine and Islamic exorcism, were never paid from the public treasury. Therefore, the idea that healthcare should be nationalized is totally contrary to Islamic society.
