Salaam All,

After marriage how would you distribute your time? assuming you work mon - fri 9 - 5 job how would you balance time betweeen your partner, friends, and family as well as inlaws? can a wife demand a husband to stop going out late at night with friends even though it is going for a meal etc?

you should prioritize. you don't have to see everyone in one day or all that often (except your spouse and family). you dont have to see them face to face, you can speak over the phone, etc.
invite your friends over all at once over a nice banquet. have a family BBQ.

if its something excessive and it includes neglecting the wife's rights and just generally ignoring the wife if she wants to spend some time with you, then something should be done such as trying to reach a compromise. going out for a meal isnt such a big issue per se, but it should be done in moderation and not so often.
