What is the ruling meeting woman and unable to have Mahram relative together?

Assalaamu Aleykum brothers and sisters. I have question regarding meeting women. I meet very kind sister online, but she don't have any relatives in country where she lives and she lives alone. Can i meet her anywhere or no? Sorry, i don't speak English well, i hope you understand my point inshaa Allah.

Wa alaykum a'salam. No. You can't meet her alone. Talk to her relatives in whatever country they are in and arrange something, in shaa Allah. Also, you shouldn't talk to her alone online either. Wa antum fa jazakumAllahu khayran. Allah knows best.

What is the purpose of meeting her ? and what country is she in?

If you are meeting her for the purpose of marriage then she can have the local imam act as her wali and communicate with you or be there for you two to meet and communicate. IF that is not possible then she can have a friend with her but you should not meet her alone. The meeting should be for the purpose of understanding each other enough to decide if you want to marry each other, it should not be prolonged and continuous. Her parents should be also aware of this and you should contact her parents or relatives to move forward.
