I mean islamically and realistically as of right now?
What should really be done about the situation with Uighur Muslims in China?

Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 pandemic and the Government of China censoring media, information, and not caring it's really tough to get knowledge about the situation and help to the many Muslims. The Uighurs are An ethnic minority in China, tending to be Muslim. They also have a very large separatist population.
We should continue to make duas and prayers to the many Muslims suffering throughout the world.

Save Uighur Campaign is a project of Justice for All, powered by Sound Vision.
Sound Vision develops educational material for the Muslim community, its youth as well as for the Islamic weekend schools. It also does public relations for the Muslim community, media engagement, and resource development for the Muslim community.
Sound Vision has led some other campaigns for Muslims. Bosnia Task Force was able to help declare rape as a war crime working in coalition with National Organization of Women in the early 1990s. Now Burma Task Force, also, powered by Sound Vision, is a coalition of 38 organization, is helping educate people about the genocide of Rohingya in Burma.
