Where can I find websites with the Quran being read audio Quran I don't want a recitation just reading thank you.

Are you asking for an audio quran that isn't a recitation? I think most of what you'll find is in recitation form... Unless you're looking for an English audio translation.

QuranExplorer is an okay site, although it can be a bit buggy at times... Don't underestimate Youtube either. :p
 
Allah says:"...and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation. (4)" Surat Al Muzzammil

"Recite in the name of your Lord who created - (1) Created man from a clinging substance. (2) Recite, and your Lord is the most Generous - (3) Who taught by the pen - (4) Taught man that which he knew not. (5)" Surat Al Alaq

"And [it is] a Qur'an which We have separated [by intervals] that you might recite it to the people over a prolonged period. And We have sent it down progressively. (106)" Surat Al Israa
