Which pious predecessor (classical or modern) do you admire and why?
Imam ahmad bin hanbal rahimullah subhanAllah i read this statement I posted in the beneficial snippets from books thread a few weeks ago but keep thinking about it, I swear its soo deep, like some of the wisdom and thinking of these people is so deep and it's like some of us can't even see or think of things like the way they did, imo it's like being spiritually so deep made them so much more then wiser and intelligent too subhanAllah
I find ibn qayyim rahimullahs quotes to be so deep subhanAllah
