Which sira/biography about Muhammed is trustworthy?

I wonder this because I read Martin Lings and the one from Karen Armstrong?
The one who had the most uncomfortable events was a book from the author maxime Rodinson.

I wonder which ones of these are thrustworthy books and which ones has the truth that you can read in a simple way.
